Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on our site (URL)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location on our site
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Agreement to accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
Process
- We will review valid takedown notices within 5 business days
- Infringing content will be promptly removed or disabled
- Counter-notifications will be forwarded to the original complainant
- If no court action is filed within 10-14 business days, removed content may be restored
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
Good Faith
We process all DMCA notices in good faith. Filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).
